    Delicious easy cake. I’ve been meaning to try this cake; I used some seedless concord style grapes from the farmers market, and medium eggs since that’s what I had. I use my hand held electric whisk for cakes like this so I don’t have to clean the stand mixer. Probably could reduce the sugar a bit. I made 2 smaller cakes (6 and 7 inches), baked total of about 40 minutes. Can’t wait to make this again.
