Sweet potato and corn chili pasta from Vegetarian Times Magazine, November 2013 (page 31) by Marianne Zanzarella

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Tasty, & simple to prepare, sort of Southwestern comfort food--what more could you ask for? Because too much spiciness is not kind to my digestive system, plain canned tomatoes were used, and no chipotle chiles My hubby used hot sauce to spice it up. We also added a little Mexican-style shredded cheese to our portions which worked well. If you like & tolerate hot spiciness, using the recommended chipotle chiles & zesty canned tomatoes would be the way to go.
