Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Not rating this as didn't stick to the recipe, no cheese, but used an onion sauce which I had in the freezer. It was a bit tasteless but probably worth trying again to use up a v large cauli but would definitely need cheese and possibly a touch of chilli powder? I mashed with milk but cream would be better.
