Sausage lasagne from Eat: The Little Book of Fast Food (page 301) by Nigel Slater

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

We also used 1 can chopped Tom's to give it a bit more sauce and it worked really well

Really tasty even though there's no herbs or spices. We used dried lasagne sheets and not all of it cooked through because we added quite a lot and it was stacked on top of each other so I'd say try use fresh pasta or layer the dry pasta in very thin layers with sauce inbetween

Super quick to make and delicious. I used fresh pasta sheets and chicken sausages as that's what I had.

Really delicious and quick, but not on the light side. Used half fresh and half canned tomatoes since this was what I had on hand. Will go into the regular rotation.
