Can substitute rapeseed oil for groundnut oil.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Winter comfort food at its best. Served with roast chicken, Yorkshire puddings and gravy. I added a large sliced carrot which made it colourful and breadcrumbs to the almond topping.

Loved this. With its double cream, bechamel & generous Parmesan, I'm sure one mouthful would render it impossible to fit into your pants, but it's worth it.
