    Simple and effective. We ignored the faffy instructions for the asparagus. The sauce is very similar to the lemon butter I habitually make for artichokes. It did pretty much swamp the mint flavour of the potatoes! I would make it again though, it’s a nice way of showcasing perfect spring vegetables.
