    Absolutely delicious cheesecake! I made this for my husband's office Christmas party and it was gone in no time and received rave reviews from the eggnog indifferent and especially from the eggnog lovers. I did make a few changes though, I added 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg and 1 tablespoon rum extract to bump up the eggnog flavor. And since i already had graham crackers at home, I made a homemade graham cracker crust instead of the gingersnap crust indicated in this recipe. Also used a water bath for baking which increased the baking time slightly, but insured no cracking.
