Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    These are a nice use of chorizo and eggs. The sandwiches are quite filling and large. I used the optional refried beans and it worked nicely. A bit of Monterey jack or similar cheese would also go well on this. The only issue was that the sandwich was a little bit dry.
