    The pasties were very good and overall quite easy to make. They weren't quite like the ones I'm used to getting in the UP, but it's definitely a good base to start from. A less buttery crust, not as much (or any) rosemary, more black pepper, maybe shredded onion next time? Regardless of possible future changes, we really enjoyed them and had a great meal (plus more frozen for later).
