    Very quick and easy. My husband really likes this and he doesn't much care for fish. I poach the fish in the lemon and butter, then remove the filets to a plate and keep warm. Then I add the cream and parmesan to the pan and wisk smooth and pour over the fish. That is easier than trying to combine the sauce with the filets in the pan as the recipe directs.
