    This looks simple but it is not. After lots of labor, it turned out fine. Chicken was nicely cooked. Not worth the effort to make again. Editing after eating some leftovers and reflecting. This is really flavorful. I'd do everything again but skip the potato cakes, they weren't really necessary. Maybe serve with a simple vegetable or salad.
