    I was very excited to try this out. All looking good till I came to roll this. I am used to making conventional sushi rolls - the rolling wasn't the issue per se but the quinoa disintegrated- ? not sticky enough. One roll did hold and I succeeded in cutting it too- but as soon as I picked it up ,all the filling crumbled into my hand. I made these for a function I attended so I was not happy with this. However the taste was fairly pleasant. I will attempt to make these again as I like the concept. Hopefully can get them to hold their form and shape.
