Despite the title, this recipe does not call for cream. Can substitute blueberries for strawberries.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Such an easy recipe. No cooking involved at all. It took me just 3 minutes to measure out the ingredients and make the base- using food processor. Pressing into tart tin took about 2 minutes to get a nice smooth and leveled surface. Melt cacao butter and cool and then approx another 3 minutes to measure out and blend the topping ingredients using my Vitamix before pouring onto base. That's it - all done! Place in freezer. 2 hours later a small slice decorated with strawberries slipped down just nicely. You do not need anything more than a inch slice. It is enough to give you a sweet treat without any sugar. Keep in freezer. Only downside ( and it's not really) is that my version did not turn out the same colour as the picture in the book - mine was more like a pinky mauve rather than a red/ pink. Thumbs up from all in my family. Will most definitely make this again.
