    Great lite dessert, esp for heartier winter meal and/or med cuisine. Guests lick their forks and plates trying to figure out the flavors. Really amazing when citrus is at peak. have added kumquats. Use fine grater to remove any extra layer of pith, esp from tangerines. Use star anise or fennel seed. Served with dark chocolate cookie from Brain Health Kitchen.
