    Made the rolls version with a generous pinch of onion powder instead of garlic and spinach instead of arugula. The outside crust was a darker brown than I was expecting (not that attractive) but a lovely pale green inside. Good savoury taste, daughter and husband approved. Note to self not to boil too long - will make denser. Update to say, daughter loved this and asked for more. This is a first for bread, may have to make again!
