Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Made this on a whim with glut from our bush. No fresh elderflowers around here anymore and no cordial in either. The compote came out very ‘wet’ (I don’t think I overcooked it?!). I didn’t use all of the compote in the dish. The taste is nice, I especially like the almonds in the topping, but I don’t think I’ll repeat.
