Cranberry daiquiri from Mix Shake Stir: Cocktails for the Home Bar: Recipes from Danny Meyer's Acclaimed New York City Restaurants by Danny Meyer

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Accompaniments: Gramercy Tavern bar nuts

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

For some reason, this is searchable in the index under daiquiri and not under cranberry. This is a delicious drink! Perfect for when cranberries are in season. There's a few steps that are needed (make simple syrup, make drunken cranberries, juice limes and then measure the ingredients into the final cocktail) but, in my opinion, very well worth the effort and, as with any recipe, the more you make it, the faster/more intuitive it becomes. I got rave reviews from those that tried it. For me, the first sip or two didn't get that "WOW, this is one great drink!" feeling but this is one of those drinks that really grows on you. After the first few sips, my palate began craving the combination of flavors (and that wasn't the booze talking.)
