    Really enjoyed this super quick and tasty pasta dish made primarily of pantry ingredients. There didn't seem to be much sauce for the pasta but I realized with ingredients as flavourful as these, a little goes a long way. I used only 2 tbsp olive oil and added some pasta cooking water at the end to keep it moist, and substituted bucatini for linguine.
