    This is gorgeous, sweet and nutty and scented - and my husband, who claims to hate risotto (but loves sprouts), agrees! It's also dead easy. I accidentally fried the quartered sprouts for quite a lot longer than suggested, and in shallower oil, and it still worked a treat. Definitely a repeat.
