Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I followed the recipe but added a bit of lemon zest. This was a nice dish in terms of flavours, but it was missing something...I think maybe some creme fraiche or possibly cream cheese to kind of make it a bit silky and give it all a lift?
