Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Found this recipe when I was searching for a side salad to use up avocado and mint, and since I still have cherry tomatoes growing in the garden, this recipe was perfect. I really liked it, it's a bit of a different way to eat avocado and tomato than with the traditional mexican flavours. You could probably leave out the mint sauce if you don't have any, and maybe add some honey for sweetness instead.
