Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Hardly a recipe really, just combine the ingredients with fleur de sel and olive oil. I used nectarines rather than peaches, and added an apricot because there was one in the fruit bowl. It was good. Actually the tomato was the least interesting element. I’d have been happy with just apricots and nectarines.
