    This is a great curry recipe for both curry lovers (due to lovely flavour and texture) but also people who might be a bit suspicious of more hardcore/traditional curries. Not too spicy, a nice sweet kick, none of the mustier flavours of some of the more obscure Indian spices and flavourings. And if you tell them it's a Mary Berry recipe they'll be more likely to give it the benefit of the doubt.

    This is really nice but it is very mild - so would add more chilli to suit my taste
