Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I used more crème fraiche than specified, in order to use up the pot, and it was none the worse for it. It was delicious with some Austrian tarragon mustard that I had, and I wished I’d had some fresh tarragon to add to the recipe. Also, you can never add enough lemon zest. I cut the breasts into large pieces. For the leftovers, I added the cooked new potatoes to the stew before reheating portions for another meal. The potatoes made an excellent addition, a good vehicle for excess cooking (i.e. crème fraiche!).
