    This is the basic method I follow for all fish. My recipe is a little different; I use thinly sliced leeks, carrot cut on the mandoline, cilantro, some butter, some lime or lemon juice, and salt and pepper. I don’t pre cook my veg just slice very thinly. Today I used black cod from Fisherfolk at 400 for about 17 minutes. Excellent and adaptable recipe.
