    This is a delicious and easy recipe. You need to watch the video for Chef John's great trick with capers. Maybe everyone but me knows to do this. He adds the capers to his skillet and using a fork smashes half of them. No chasing capers around a cutting board. The lemon and white wine amounts were just right. I did take a recommendation from another recipe and sautéed sliced mushrooms in butter and added them with the cooked chicken to the finished dish. Worth the extra calories.
