Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Yum! These were great! I did change a couple of things...I used 1/3 white whole wheat flour, I reduced the baking powder (I'm at high altitude), I added a smidge more milk, I blended the zest into the sugar in the food processor and then I cut the butter into the flour mixture in the food processor, and I rolled and folded the dough three or four times to create flaky layers. I also upped the salt to 1/4 teaspoon. I will definitely make these again!
