    I halved the recipe, used chicken stock and rotisserie chicken meat. Very tasty, dumplings are soft and tender. The filling is a little too thick even after I added an extra half cup of stock. Next time I'll definitely add more stock and I'll also make a full recipe of the filling and half a recipe of the dumpling for lower-carb servings.
