    My first time at this specific recipe and this style of cookie. The dough should be moist and dense but soft enough to be piped, reads the recipe. My dough was two firm for the piping bag. I used a small scoop to make sure the dough didn't go to waste. I'll look for a different recipe in the future and see if I can compare it to this one to understand better where I might have gone wrong.
