    Can substitute crushed tomatoes for tomato sauce, and prunes for dried figs.

    Yum. Made this again with the called for figs and tomato puree because that was on hand.

    Quick and easy and very good. The aroma of the crushed coriander filled the kitchen while baking. I had to substitute dates for the figs because I found out at the last minute that my dried figs had turned bad, so had to come up with a quick sub. Have to make it again with the real thing.
