    Added grated Red Leicester to the bechamel which gave a better flavour. Needs thinner as opposed to thicker sauce. Quite easy to turn out (run a knife around the edge and lift out with a spoon). For the tomato sauce, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 400gr tin chopped tomatoes, seasoning and half tsp sugar. Cook for 40 mins and blitz with stick blender. Made a lovely light supper with a mixed salad to start.
