Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Needed more than the stated flour (another 30 g or so). These are good, but did not puff out like pita. This may be because the oven had to preheat for longer to really get to 500. // Tried again and left them thicker, and I preheated the oven for about 40 minutes before cooking. Still good, still did not puff out.
