    The flavors of the vegetables meld wonderfully to create a unique lovely salad. I had a spare zucchini, half an avocado and a package of frozen edamame to use up and this was the perfect recipe. It is too early for fresh basil in the garden so I subbed in a small cube of my frozen pesto and it worked great.
