Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I actually had asparagus, fresh morel mushrooms, and ramps, so this seemed the perfect recipe. I had fewer ramps (which was fine), but used more mushrooms (1/2 lb). I also stirred in some peas at the end. The risotto was very good. We loved the combination of vegetables. I did not measure the salt, just added it to taste (I used canned low-sodium chicken broth). We added copious extra Parmesan on top.
