    These are the best veggie burgers I've made and they’re very easy. The author has a video on YouTube for this recipe (posted back in 2017 I believe) and also has it on his website. I initially made a half recipe with panko crumbs, one egg, and omitted green onion. Served with mayo, tomato sauce, and pickled beet. Since then I have repeated and frozen them for later meals. They make a tasty and nutritious breakfast.
