    Hum. This is my first time stuffing manicotti. There must be some technique. It took longer than I thought. Next time I would probably use shells. This wasn't a problem with the recipe, but just a note to allow more time, if you are inexperienced in this. I would leave out the nuts in this recipe or cut back on them some. They were overwhelming. Two of us didn't mind them, but none of us loved them. I do like the added protein and fat to the recipe, but... Also, I would make the sauce a bit thinner. I thought it should've been easier to coat the dish. In the end, I probably wouldn't make this recipe again, but I do like the idea of it. It has possibilities.
