    p. 156 – The combination of flavours in this dish sounded so unique and appealing and I’m so glad I gave it a try as we really enjoyed this dish. I feared the dish might be too salty with 2 tbsp of soy sauce in addition to the salt in the other ingredients however it turned out fine. That said, I think the soy could easily be reduced by half with no ill effect. I didn’t have any sprouts so I just topped with some sliced green onions for a boost of colour and freshness. I think this dish would be great with some sugar snap peas stirred in. They’d add a contrasting crunchy texture. Will definitely repeat.
