    Absolutely delicious curried nut & seed clusters! Made them just for snacking and it's hard to keep my hands out of the jar. Gave them an extra couple of minutes in the oven to get the nuts really roasty. When salad season rolls around again I might even try them as a topping. Made a bit of a mess on the cookie sheet but plenty of hot water, dish soap, and a nylon scrubby cleaned it up just fine.
