    How to make a very nice cake with no fuss. I like that this used a measurement for the amount of mashed banana - 2/3 cup - which meant that the number and size of bananas didn't matter. I used a conical measure to mash banana until it made 2/3 cup, and then I added the 1/3 cup of yoghurt on top of the mashed banana, and then the two eggs and gave them a little scramble. Everything goes in the food processor, so no problem with butter too hard to rub in, instead it just whizzes until crummy.
