    Made without the anchovies, as vegetarian. The instructions are clear and detailed. A lovely way to prepare capsicums and have them ready for an infinite variety of uses. I am using the garlic, capers and red and orange capsicums, stored for the week ahead. A very similar approach is taken in Jam Today (Tod Davies), written as tho he is channeling Hazan, altho the recipe is specified in just a few lines :).
