Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    We loved this, the zucchini flavor was subtle and delightful.

    A classic style risotto with the gentleness of zucchini. Creamy with the butter and parmesan. This is a soft risotto, almost to the point of runny - my style exactly. The only changes I made were to add some diced celery with the onion, and to add a splash or two of white wine, stirred until absorbed, before adding any stock. Oh, and a vegetarian "chicken" stock rather than meat stock. Very much enjoyed.

    This seems like risotto with zucchini mixed in. The zucchini doesn't add any flavor to the risotto and the zucchini itself has little flavor.
