Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I wish I knew how saucy the fennel should cook down to. Mine became very soft and went jammy before browning, and since the fish is so soft, I would enjoy a little more bite. But the flavor is very good. This went well with a somewhat sturdier ciabatta and crisp-tender vegetables.
