    Didn't have enough ground almonds in, so most of it was substituted with a GF flour blend. Therefore the cake came out a bit dense and moist, but we still enjoyed it and it vanished within a couple of days. I had added a few dark chocolate chips and the level of sweetness was just right. I wouldn't make this recipe with flour again, though.

    Amazing recipe that works very well. I like the addition of flaxseeds for texture.

    A delicious, healthy and low carb take on banana bread. Substituted stevia for maple syrup as per suggestion, and ground pumpkin seeds for 1/3 of the ground almonds, which also added a nice green touch & crunch. Will definitely make again!
