    My motivation for using this recipe was the need to use up fresh mozzarella balls, so I subbed those for burrata. I otherwise followed the recipe but cut WAY back on the red pepper flakes- full recipe calls for 1/2 Tablespoon of these, I used less than 1/4 t in a half recipe. Any more would have been too spicy. I used 3 kinds of basil from my garden and tossed in some olives for interest. This can be ready in the time it takes to boil water & cook the pasta. A perfect summer meal.
