Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Turned out tasty but dough was quite rustic. Potatoes are a touch salty but were okay in the final dish. Potatoes (sliced) were over cooked at 20 minutes. 4 large onions is way too much—steamed and took twice as long to brown (they were steaming). Wouldn’t add sugar next time. Only needed 30 minutes to cook the final product.
