Fresh cornbread from Huckleberry: Stories, Secrets, and Recipes from Our Kitchen (page 167) by Zoe Nathan

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This recipe also calls for regular flour, honey, milk, a substantial amount of canola oil, and optional fresh corn.

This is definitely the most rich, over the top version of cornbread I’ve had. Delicious flavor and almost custardy texture. Skipped corn and didn’t add honey glaze, was still lightly sweet, and flavor of honey within bread came through.

Phenomenal. Perfect cornbread. Want to try in summer adding corn. No need for honey glaze on top...but could be amazing!!!!
