    Very satisfying veggie tacos- I made them vegan by using almond yogurt . No cheese and no meat and everyone still liked them.

    These are, hands down, the best vegetarian tacos I've ever had. This is a perfect balance of textures, which is hard to achieve with meat-free tacos. These are so delicious though!
