    Such an interesting combination! Fresh summer corn is worth the wait on this one. A half recipe of salsa was plenty for 1 lb crab. Before browning, I lightly dusted with fine breadcrumbs. It seemed to help them hold together without adding too much "filler."

    Crab cakes don't hold together and the salsa lacks flavor - it needs more heat and more acid.
