    This was okay. There are a few things I would change. I had extra sharp white cheddar, I would definitely use something more mild. I would also peel the apples next time. However, the "crisp" was delicious on this, and I want to eat more!

    This is fantastic!! I made it pretty much as written and putting the sharp white cheddar in the crisp, amongst the apples, is really genius. Delicious sweet-salty contrast.
