    I've made marshmallows multiple times before but this is my first recipe from this book. This was a very easy and straightforward recipe to make. The instructions were clear. I opted to make them in the 8x8 pan instead of piping them. The texture of these was much softer than my regular marshmallow. This may be due to all the fruit puree that is added. I will have to compare it to her regular vanilla mallow to see if there's a difference. The flavor was sharp and pronounced and they didn't stay dry in an airtight container... something that I've never experienced with any of my other marshmallow recipes before.
